The Integrated Clinics of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery (ICOHNS) is a group practice of ear, nose, throat - head and neck specialists in Davao City. Davao is the premier city of southern Philippines for health and wellness, trade and commerce, tourism, education and entertainment. ICOHNS is a center for the diagnosis, therapeutic and rehabilitative management of ENT-Head and Neck concerns.

They are likewise consultants of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of the Davao Medical Center, the only residency training for Otolaryngology in Davao City.

This will be headed by Dr. Magnaye after training at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Tennessee, USA.
